VOICEMAIL DIRECTIONS
MyActivEdge Voicemail Box Instructions
1) Dial one of the access numbers listed below. In some locations, you can dial *333 from your line as a speed dial to your voicemail box.
*If you are checking from a different phone, you can dial the access number and enter your telephone number, including area code.

2) Enter your PIN (default PIN code is 1436). If you have a need to access a voicemail box different than from the line from which you are calling, pressing *# at this point will "backup" the system and allow you to enter a mailbox number.
3) The first time you check your voicemail it will walk you through the setup for your pin & record your greeting/message. After your initial setup is complete, it will begin playing your messages by default.
4) Message playback menu:
1) Replay message
2) Save message
3) Delete message
4) Forward Message
*) Exit to main menu
5) Main menu:
1) Listen to voicemail messages.
4) Send a message.
9) User options (Changes greeting, PIN, or playback options)
*) Exit
If you would like to check your voicemail messages online, visit www.MyNewRoads.com and click “ActiveEdge Voicemail.” Your Account number is your 10 digit Telephone number. This also allows you to setup your Voicemail box to send a notification email everytime there is a voicemail left if your mailbox. You will need to have RealPlayer installed on your PC to listen to Voicemail messages via the Internet.
