Newroads Telecom accepts the following payment methods:
CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD/BANK DRAFT
· Monthly service fee(s) will be charged automatically to your credit card
on the 1st business day of each month.
· VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted.
· Bank drafts returns will be assessed up to a $10.00 fee.
· One time Credit Card and Debit Card payments can be made also.
PAPER STATEMENTS
- Invoices will be sent via U.S. Postal Service by the 25th of each month.
- Dial-Up Internet Only customers who choose this method of payment will be assessed a monthly processing fee of $1.50.
- You can mail your payment in to the address below. Please include your Name & Account number on anything mailed to Newroads.

E-MAIL / ONLINE BILLING
- An e-mail message will be generated and e-mailed informing the customer of the availability of their Newroads Telecom invoice. This message will include a URL that is unique for each customer.
- To access the designated URL, the customer will be required to log in.

· You may make a payment by phone using your checking account.

· There is a $2.00 Transaction fee
Check-By-Internet
· You may make a payment on our website using your checking account.

Wal-Mart Stores & Money Gram Locations
· You may make a payment on your Newroads Account at the Customer
Service counter of any Wal-Mart stores or MoneyGram location.
· Only Cash payments are accepted.
· A processing fee of up to $6.00 will be charged on site.
· You must have your Newroads Account Number
· Payments should be made to Company Code 3464.
