ADSL/SDSL/IDSL

  • Has the CPE been power cycled?

Turn the Newroads ROUTER (CPE) off for 5 minutes and then turn it back on.

  • Has the cabling been checked?

Make sure that all the cables are plugged in correctly.

  • What is the TEST light (2nd light from the left) status?

Is it flashing green, solid green, flashing amber (yellow), solid amber, or off?

  • What is the LINK light (3rd light from the left) status?

Is it flashing green, solid green, flashing amber (yellow), solid amber, or off?
