I just wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with Newroads Telecom. I am the IT manager for Farmers Cooperative. We currently have 18 stores in Northwest Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma. I deal with every ISP in the area AT&T, Centurylink, Cox Cable, Windstream, PGtelco, and so on. I currently have 7 connections with Newroads DSL and T1's. I wish I could have every connection with Newroads. Your support beats all of the others hands down. There is no comparison. There is no other ISP that I deal with that I can call and get a knowledgeable person such as Jeff Phillips on the phone. I have been doing this a long time. I know every ISP is going to have problems now and again but it is all in how you deal with it. Just wanted to say thanks.
